Rushmore Skies Retreat was an amazing get-a-way!! The area is quiet, peaceful, and tucked in the gorgeous landscape of the Black Hills. The beautifully decorated dome was charming and comfortable, and waking up to the sunrise with the view of the wooded ravine was stunning! We’ll definitely be going back!

We are Kent and Kristi. We’ve made these acres our home, together with our horses, dogs, and cats. We’ve put our hearts and souls into growing it and taking care of it. We believe the Black Hills of South Dakota is a very special place, and we take our inspiration from its stunning scenery and precious wildlife, its healing energy, and most of all… these skies! We’ve seen spectacular sunrises, breath-taking sunsets, and brilliant celestial nights that absolutely sing into our souls! Something very special is available here and we feel called to share it.
